This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Button mushrooms, Porcini mushrooms Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Pan Fried Mushrooms 20-24 Button mushrooms quartered 1/2 cup Porcini mushrooms 1/2 cup Oyster mushrooms 1 tablespoon Oil 3 Garlic crushed 2 medium Onions cut into 1/2 inch cubes to taste Salt 1 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon Dried mixed herbs 1 tablespoon Soy sauce 1 tablespoon Red chilli sauce 1/2 tablespoon Vinegar 1 small Red capsicum cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1 small Yellow capsicum cut into 1/2 inch pieces Method Soak the porcini and oyster mushrooms in lukewarm water for twenty minutes. Drain. Wash well and set aside. Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan. Add the button mushrooms and garlic and sauté over medium heat. Add the porcini and oyster mushrooms and stir-fry for a minute. Add the onions, salt, black pepper powder, mixed dried herbs and soy sauce and stir-fry on high heat for a minute. Add the red chilli sauce, vinegar, red capsicum and yellow capsicum and toss. Sauté for further two minutes. Remove from heat and serve hot.
