By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Feb 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Papads, Green Bengal gram (hare chane) Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 7-8 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Papad Cones - SK Khazana 4 Papads 1 cup Green Bengal gram (hare chane) boiled 2 tablespoons Tomatoes chopped 1 tablespoon Raw mango chopped 2 tablespoons Onion chopped 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespo to garnish Sev 1 Green chilli chopped 1/4 teaspoon Chaat masala to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powdewr 1/2 Lemon to garnish Fresh coriander sprigs Method Cut papads in half and roast each on a non-stick tawa. Shape into a cone while still warm. Take boiled green gram in a bowl. Add chopped tomatoes, onions, raw mango, fresh coriander, sev, green chilli, chaat masala, salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and squeeze the juice of ½ lemon and mix well. Fill the prepared mixture in the papad cones. Garnish with sev and coriander sprig.
