Ingredients list for Papdi Chaat
- 20 Crisp Puris
- 2 medium Potatoes thinly sliced, boiled
- 1 large Onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Green chutney
- 2 tablespoons Tamarind chutney
- 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Rock salt (sendha namak)
- 4 tablespoons Sev
- 1 tablespoon Boondi
- 2 tablespoons Pomegranate pearls
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
Method
- Arrange the papdi on a serving dish. Spread potatoes on it neatly, now spread onions on top.
- Add a dash of tamarind and green chutney on each papdi. Sprinkle lemon juice, roasted cumin powder and rock salt.
- Top up with sev, boondi, pomegranate pearls and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
