By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Crisp Puris, Potatoes Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Papdi Chaat 20 Crisp Puris 2 medium Potatoes thinly sliced, boiled 1 large Onion finely chopped 2 tablespoons Green chutney 2 tablespoons Tamarind chutney 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon Rock salt (sendha namak) 4 tablespoons Sev 1 tablespoon Boondi 2 tablespoons Pomegranate pearls 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped Method Arrange the papdi on a serving dish. Spread potatoes on it neatly, now spread onions on top. Add a dash of tamarind and green chutney on each papdi. Sprinkle lemon juice, roasted cumin powder and rock salt. Top up with sev, boondi, pomegranate pearls and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
