Pav Bhaji Quesadilla Pav bhaji spread between two leftover rotis, topped with cheeses and shallow fried. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Aug 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Potatoes, Onions Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Pav Bhaji Quesadilla 3 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and grated 2 medium Onions chopped 2 medium Tomatoes chopped 1 medium Green capsicum chopped 2 tablespoons Cauliflower grated 1 tablespoon Pav bhaji masala 8 leftover rotis as required Butter 2 tablespoons + to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder 8 tablespoons Processed cheese grated 8 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese grated Method Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a non-stick pan. Add onions and sauté till translucent. Add tomatoes, capsicum, cauliflower and potatoes and mix well. Add pav bhaji masala, salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well. Add 1 cup water, stir to mix and cook for 2 minutes. Heat a non-stick tawa. For each quesadilla, place a roti on the tawa and spread a portion of the bhaji on it. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons processed cheese and 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese on the bhaji. Place another roti on top, add some butter and cook till both sides turn crisp.
