By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Apr 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Green capsicum, Red capsicum Cuisine Indo-Chinese,Fusion Course Rice Prep Time 41-50 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Pepper Garlic Rice - SK Khazana 1 medium Green capsicum cut into small cubes 1 medium Red capsicum cut into small cubes 1 medium Yellow capsicum cut into small cubes 3-4 Garlic cloves sliced 1 1/2 cups Basmati Rice to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Oil 1 Spring onion bulb chopped to taste Crushed black peppercorns 2 tablespoons Soy sauce 1 teaspoon Vinegar 1 stalk Spring onion greens chopped Garnish Fried garlic drops Spring onion greens diagonally sliced Method Take Basmati Rice in a bowl. Add water and set aside for 30-40 minutes. Drain the rice and set aside. Heat sufficient water in a nonstick pan, add salt and rice, cook till ¾ done. Strain and set aside. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add spring onion bulb and garlic saute for 2-3 minutes. Add green capsicum, red capsicum, and yellow capsicum and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add rice and mix well. Add salt, crushed pepper and soy sauce and mix well. Add vinegar and spring onion greens mix well.
