Pineapple Sheera in Tarts The fusion of pineapple sheera served in chocolate tarts is a complete winner. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Pineapple, Ghee Cuisine Fusion Course Mithais Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Pineapple Sheera in Tarts 1 small Pineapple peeled, cored and chopped 1 cup Ghee 12-16 chocolate tarts 1½ cups Semolina (rawa/suji) a pinch + for garnishing Saffron (kesar) 2½ cups Hot Milk 1 cup Sugar 5-6 Cashewnuts chopped 5-6 Almonds chopped 5-6 Pistachios chopped Method To make pineapple sheera, heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add semolina, mix and sauté on medium heat, stirring continuously, till golden and fragrant. Add saffron and pineapple, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add milk, mix and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes. Add sugar, mix well, cover and cook till semolina is fully cooked. Add cashewnuts, pistachios and almonds, mix well and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Prepare quennels of sheera and place in each tart shell.
