By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Quinoa, Lemon juice Cuisine South Indian,Indian,Fusion Course Rice Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Quinoa Lemon Rice - SK Khazana 3 cups Quinoa cooked 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 2 tablespoons Oil 1/4 teaspoon Raw peanuts 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon Bengal gram (chana) 1/2 teaspoon Split black gram skinless (dhuli urad dal) 2 Dried red chillies broken 7-8 Curry leaves 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt for garnish Fresh coriander sprigs Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat, add peanuts and sauté for 2 minutes. Add mustard seeds, split Bengal gram, split black gram , broken red chillies. Sauté for a few seconds. Add curry leaves and turmeric powder and mix well. Add cooked quinoa and mix well. Add salt, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add lemon juice and mix well.
