By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Sep 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Spaghetti, Prawns (kolambi/jhinga) Cuisine Fusion Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Spaghetti with Prawns in Leek and Tarragon Creamy 1½ cups Spaghetti boiled 12-15 Prawns (kolambi/jhinga) shelled and deveined 2 Leeks 1 teaspoon Dried tarragon 2 tablespoons Olive oil 1 tablespoon Garlic minced to taste Salt to taste Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon Lemon rind 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 cup Fresh cream 5-7 Parmesan cheese shavings Method Roughly chop leeks. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté for a minute. Add chopped leeks and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add prawns, salt, pepper powder, lemon rind, lemon juice and fresh cream and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add spaghetti, tarragon, parmesan shavings reserving some for garnishing and cook for 2-3 minutes.
