Add cinnamon, peppercorns, ginger, fennel seeds, cardamoms and bring to a boil. Put some ice cubes into a large glass jar. Add tea bags in pan and boil for 2-3 minutes. Strain the mixture into a bowl and pour into the jar. Add sugar syrup and mix well. Pour into individual mason jars, garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs.
