By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Medium prawns, Ghee Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Spicy Masala Prawns 25-30 Medium prawns cleaned and deveined 3 tablespoons Ghee 1 Medium onion chopped 5-6 cloves Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Cumin powder 2 tablespoons Red chilli paste to taste Salt 1 Medium tomato copped 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup 1 teaspoon Vinegar 2 tablespo to garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add onion and sauté till translucent. Add garlic, sauté till fragrant. Add cumin powder and coriander powder, mix well and saute for 1 minute. Add red chilli paste, mix well and saute for 1 minute. Add salt, mix and saute for 1 minute. Add tomato, mix well, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add prawns and mix well. Add some water, mix, cover and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Add tomato ketchup and vinegar and mix well. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
