Spicy Noodles in a Bowl Noodles served with spicy soya granule mixture This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 11 Jun 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Noodles, Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Spicy Noodles in a Bowl 200 grams Noodles , boiled 4 tablespoons Oil 1 cup Onions , chopped 4 tablespoons Garlic , chopped 4 teaspoons Ginger , chopped 8 tablespoons Soya granules , soaked in warm water and drained 4 Spring onions 8 teaspoons Red chilli paste to taste Salt 4 tablespoons Honey 8 tablespoons Chilli oil 4 teaspoons Vinegar 4 teaspoons Sesame oil Method For each portion, heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick wok, add ¼ cup onion, 1 tbsp garlic and 1 tsp ginger, mix and saute till lightly browned. Heat 2 cups water in a pan. When the onions soften, add 2 tbsps soya granules and mix. Add 2 tbsps water and mix. Add ¼ of the boiled noodles to hot water and let them get heated through. Slice 1 spring onion. Add 2 tsps red chilli paste to the wok, along with salt and ¼ cup water, mix and cook for 2 minutes. Add 1 tbsp honey and mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add salt and 1 tbsp chilli oil to the noodles and mix. Lift the noodles from hot water and put into a serving bowl. Add 1 tsp vinegar to the soya mixture and mix. Add 1 tsp sesame oil and mix. Put this mixture over the noodles in the bowl.
