By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Dec 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Tandoori Prawns Main Ingredients Big prawns, Salt Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients 12-16 prawns, shelled and deveined with tails intact Salt to taste 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 ½ tablespoon ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 2 teaspoons Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 4 tablespoons gram flour 1 cup hung yogurt Method Prawns in a bowl. Add salt, lemon juice and 1 ½ tablespoon ginger garlic paste. Keep aside to marinate. Heat oil in a pan. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and gram flour and sauté for a minute. Turn off the heat. Add yogurt, remaining ginger garlic paste and salt and mix well. Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Add prawns and mix well. Keep aside to marinate for 30 minutes. Preheat an oven at 250 degree celcius. Arrange the marinated prawns on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 8 – 10 minutes.
