Ingredients list for Tariwali Egg Curry

  • 4 Hard boiled eggs and peeled
  • 2 medium Onions finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 medium Tomatoes pureed
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onions and sauté till brown.
  2. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and ginger-garlic paste and sauté for ½ minute.
  3. Add tomato puree and salt and sauté till oil separates.
  4. Add sufficient water and eggs and cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
