By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Aug 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Tequila, Boneless chicken breasts Cuisine Mexican Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Tequila Chicken 40 ml Tequila 2 Boneless chicken breasts to taste Sea salt 1 medium Red capsicum pulp seeded and sliced 1 medium Green capsicum seeded and sliced 1 medium Yellow capsicum seeded and sliced 1 teaspoon Garlic finely chopped 1 teaspoon Green peppercorns crushed 1 teaspoon Pink peppercorns crushed 1 tablespoon Butter to taste Salt 60 ml White wine 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes for garnishing A fresh coriander sprig Method Slice the chicken breasts thinly, place in a bowl and add 20 ml tequila and sea salt over it and set aside for marinating. Add capsicums, garlic, green peppercorns and pink peppercorns and mix well. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add the chicken alongwith the capsicums, garlic and peppercorns and stir-fry for a minute. Add salt and toss for a minute. Deglaze the pan with the white wine and flambé with the remaining tequila. Add lemon juice and red chilli flakes and mix well.
