By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Apr 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Leftover chapattis, Ghee Cuisine Indian,Gujarati Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients 5-6 leftover rotis 1 tablespoon ghee 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 4-5 curry leaves 2 green chillies, slit ¼ teaspoon asafoetida (hing) 1 teaspoon chopped garlic Salt to taste ½ teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder ¼ cup sour curd 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon lemon juice Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnish Yogurt to serve Method Tear the rotis into 4-5 pieces in a bowl. Heat ghee in a deep non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chillies. Sauté for a minute on medium heat. Add asafoetida and sauté for few seconds. Add the roti pieces and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat till rotis becomes hard. Add garlic, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and sour curd in the pan. Add 2 cups water and mix well. Add sugar and lemon juice. Mix well.
