By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Sep 2024 in Recipes Main Course Chicken New Update Main ingredients Boneless chicken leg, Onions, Lighy soy sauce, Ginger-garlic paste, Red chilli sauce, White pepper powder, White vinegar, Sesame oil, Oyster sauce, Fresh red chilli, Brown sugar, Fresh coriander leaves Cuisine Oriental Course Main course chicken Prep time 25-30 minutes Cook time 10-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Savoury Level of cooking Easy Others Non vegetarian Ingredients 400 grams boneless chicken leg, cut into 2 inch pieces 2 medium onions, sliced Salt to taste 2 teaspoons light soy sauce 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon red chilli sauce ¼ teaspoon white pepper powder ¼ teaspoon white vinegar 1½ tablespoons sesame oil 1 teaspoon oyster sauce 1 fresh red chilli, diagonally sliced + for garnish ½ teaspoon brown sugar 1½ tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves Method Take chicken in a bowl, add salt, light soy sauce, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli sauce, white pepper powder and vinegar and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 20 minutes. Heat sesame oil in a shallow non-stick pan, add the marinated chicken and sauté on high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Add onions and salt, mix and cook on high heat till the onions turn golden brown. Add oyster sauce, red chilli and brown sugar and mix well. Cook on high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
