Baked Prawns With Honey Mustard An exotic prawn dish with mustard and honey This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 Oct 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Tiger prawns, Honey Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Baked Prawns With Honey Mustard 20 Tiger prawns peeled and deveined with tails intact 2 tablespoons Honey 2 tablespoons Mustard seeds to taste Sea salt 10-15 Garlic 1 inch piece Ginger 1/4 cup Water 1 Lemon 1 tablespoon Red chilli sauce 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil Method Preheat oven to the highest temperature. Grind mustard seeds, sea salt, garlic, ginger and ¼ cup water to a fine paste. Halve the prawns lengthways and put them in a bowl. Add salt, squeeze juice of 1 lemon and some chilled water to cover them completely. Let them soak for a few minutes and drain completely. Pat them dry on a tissue and put them back into the bowl. Add red chilli sauce, ground paste, honey and extra virgin olive oil and mix well. Arrange them on a baking tray in single layer and cook in the preheated oven for 5-8 minutes. Serve hot immediately.
