Allow it to boil. Add sugar and cardamom powder, and allow the milk to simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Add bananas and cook for further five minutes. Add saffron and stir well. In another non stick pan heat ghee. Saute almonds, cashewnuts, pistachios and raisins till golden. Remove from heat and add to the banana mixture. Cook for five minutes till the milk thickens.
