By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Apr 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients French beans, Coconut oil Cuisine South Indian,Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Beans Foogath - SK Khazana 200 grams French beans finely chopped 2 tablespoons Coconut oil 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1-2 Green chillies chopped 8-10 Curry leaves 1 large Onion finely chopped to taste Salt for garnish Fresh coconut scraped 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon lemon juice Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add green chillies, curry leaves and saute well. Add onion and saute for 1-2 minutes or till translucent. Add beans and salt and mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Add coconut and lemon juice and mix well. Take the pan off the heat.
