Ingredients for Bread Malai Pizza Recipe

  • Bread 4 slices

  • Cream 3 tablespoons

  • Semolina (rawa/suji) 1/4 cup

  • Onions diced 2 medium

  • Tomatoes diced 2 medium

  • Green capsicum diced 1 small

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli powder to taste

  • Oil as required

Method

Step 1

In a large bowl mix together, Malai, semolina, tomatoes, onion and green capsicum. Add little water to have a dropping consistency batter.

Step 2

Add salt and red chilli powder and mix well.Heat a non-stick tawa. Put little oil on it. Put four bread slices on the tawa.

Step 3

Put the batter on the bread and then turn and cook till the semolina gets cooked or it turns golden brown in color. Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
