Ingredients list for Burnt Garlic Vegetable Fried Rice - SK Khazana
- 3 tablespoons Garlic chopped
 - 3 cups Rice cooked
 - 12-15 French beans finely chopped
 - 1 medium Carrot finely chopped
 - 2 cups Cabbage shredded
 - 3 tablespoons Oil
 - 4-5 Spring onion bulbs finely chopped
 - to taste Salt
 - 4 teaspoons Soy sauce
 - 2-3 tablespoons Spring onion greens chopped + for garnish
 - 2 tablespoons Vinegar
 
Method
- To make fried garlic, heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden brown. Strain the mixture into a bowl, reserve the garlic infused oil and keep aside the fried garlic.
 - Heat garlic infused oil in another non-stick pan, add spring onion bulbs, French beans, carrot, and salt, mix well.
 - Add shredded cabbage, soy sauce, rice and 3-4 tsps fried garlic and toss well.
 - Add spring onion greens, and vinegar and mix well. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Mix well and take the pan off the heat.
 - Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with a little fried garlic (you can store the remaining fried garlic and use as required) and spring onion greens.
 - Serve hot.
