By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Jul 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breasts, Oil Cuisine Fusion, , , , Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Crumble 2 Boneless chicken breasts Oil 2 Spring onions with greens 1 medium Onion 1 tablespoon Garlic 1 small Red bell pepper 1 small Yellow bell pepper 1 small Green capsicum 1 Fresh red chilli 1 cup Refined flour (maida) ¾ cup Butter ¼ cup Bread crumbs Juice of 1 lemon 4 tablespoons Fresh cream to taste Salt Method Preheat oven at 180ºC. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Slice spring onions with greens and add the bulbs to the pan alongwith sliced onion and garlic and sauté well. Cut bell peppers and capsicum into cubes and add alongwith red chilli and sauté. Cut chicken into medium sized cubes and add. Mix well and cook till chicken is done. Mix refined flour, butter and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Knead with the tips of your fingers till the mixture is crumbly in texture. Refrigerate. Add lemon juice to the chicken and mix well. Add cream and salt and mix well. Put the chicken mixture in a baking dish. Sprinkle spring onion greens. Bring the crumble mixture out of the refrigerator. Add salt and mix well. Spread this mixture over the chicken mixture.
