Ingredients list for Chicken Makai kabab

  • 250 grams Chicken Mince
  • 1 Corn Kernels
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste blanched
  • 1/2 cup American corn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1 Egg

Method

  1. Marinate chicken keema with onion, garlic paste, American corn , coriander leaves and blend it in a grinder.
  2. Add garm masala powder, red chilli powder, satto powder, green chillies, sugar, salt, lemon juice and egg and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kebabs. Heat oil on a non stick tawa and cook till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney.
