When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Chicken Makai kabab Recipe

  • Chicken Mince 250 grams

  • Corn Kernels 1

  • Garlic paste blanched 1 teaspoon

  • American corn kernels 1/2 cup

  • coriander leaves 2 tablespoons

  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon

  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Green chilli 1

  • Sugar 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Vinegar 1 teaspoon

  • Egg 1


Step 1

Marinate chicken keema with onion, garlic paste, American corn , coriander leaves and blend it in a grinder.

Step 2

Add garm masala powder, red chilli powder, satto powder, green chillies, sugar, salt, lemon juice and egg and mix well.

Step 3

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kebabs. Heat oil on a non stick tawa and cook till golden brown.

Step 4

Serve hot with green chutney.
