By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 May 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Corn flakes, Cucumber Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Corn Bhel 1½-2 cups Corn flakes 1 medium Cucumber peeled, deseeded and finely chopped 1 medium Potato boiled, peeled and cut into small pieces 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1 medium Tomato chopped ¼ cup Pomegranate pearls ¼ Raw mango finely chopped 1 teaspoon Dried mango powder 1 teaspoon Chaat masala 1 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak) to taste Salt for garnishing coriander leaves 1 tablespoon + 2 tablespoons Lemon juice for garnishing Sev Method Combine cucumber, potato, onion, tomato, pomegranate pearls, raw mango, corn flakes, dried mango powder, chaat masala, black salt and salt in a bowl and mix. Add coriander leaves and mix. Add lemon juice and mix well.
