Ingredients list for Corn Bhel

  • 1½-2 cups Corn flakes
  • 1 medium Cucumber peeled, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 medium Potato boiled, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato chopped
  • ¼ cup Pomegranate pearls
  • ¼ Raw mango finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dried mango powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
  • to taste Salt
  • for garnishing coriander leaves 1 tablespoon +
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • for garnishing Sev

Method

  1. Combine cucumber, potato, onion, tomato, pomegranate pearls, raw mango, corn flakes, dried mango powder, chaat masala, black salt and salt in a bowl and mix.
  2. Add coriander leaves and mix. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Serve immediately garnished with some sev and coriander leaves.
