  • 250 grams Refined Flour
  • 4 teaspoons Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • FOR SAUCE
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic chopped
  • 2 Onion chopped
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 2 Green chilli chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • For topping
  • Babycorns
  • Chicken
  • Black olives
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese

Method

  1. In a bowl combine together refined flour, salt, sugar, yeast, olive oil and sufficient water and knead a soft dough. Cover and keep it aside.
  2. For sauce, heat oil in a non stick pan add garlic and saute till licht brown.Add onions and saute till light brown. Add tomatoe, green chillies, vinegar, black pepper powder and salt and saute till oil surfaces. Remove and grind to a fine paste and keep it aside.
  3. For pizza base, roll the dough in four inch thick circular disk and let it prove for sometime.Spread some tomato sauce on the base and put the toppings of ur choice followed by mozerrala cheese and bake in the oven for fifteen minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
