By Sanjeev Kapoor 11 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Corn flakes, Oats Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Healthy Chiwda - Diwali Special 1 cup Corn flakes lightly roasted 1/2 cup Oats roasted 1/2 cup Brown pressed rice (poha) 2 tablespoons Flax seeds roasted 2 tablespoons Chia seeds roasted 2 tablespoons Pumpkin seeds roasted 10-12 Almonds chopped 1 teaspoon Oil 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds 3-4 Garlic cloves 2 Green chillies slit 4-6 Curry leaves 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Crush garlic and add to the pan alongwith green chillies, curry leaves and sauté till crisp. Add turmeric powder, mix well and sauté for fifteen seconds. Add cornflakes, oats, pressedrice, flax seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and almonds and mix well. Remove from heat and cool.
