By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Aug 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Corn flakes, Oats Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Healthy Chiwda 1 cup Corn flakes lightly roasted 1/2 cup Oats roasted 1/2 cup Brown puffed rice 2 tablespoons Flax seeds roasted 2 tablespoons Chia seeds roasted 2 tablespoons Pumpkin seeds roasted 10-12 Almonds chopped 1 teaspoon Oil 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds 3-4 Garlic cloves 2 Green chillies slit 4-6 Curry leaves 1/4 teaspoons Turmeric powder to taste Salt Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the mustard seeds and let it splutter. Crush garlic and add to the pan alongwith green chillies, curry leaves and sauté till crisp. Add the turmeric powder, mix well and sauté for fifteen seconds. Add the cornflakes, oats, puffed rice, flax seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and almonds and mix well. Remove from heat and cool.
