Ingredients list for Hot Garlic Eggs
- 5 Boiled Eggs peeled
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 8-10 Garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 large Green capsicum
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 2 Dried red chillies
- 2 tablespoons Red chilli paste
- 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Manchurian masala
Method
- Roughly chop green capsicum and spring onions. Make deep vertical gashes on the eggs.
- Heat oil in a non-stick wok. Break red chillies and add to the wok. Add garlic and sauté till golden.
- Add spring onions and green capsicum and mix. Add red chilli paste, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder and sugar and mix.
- Add eggs, salt, Manchurian masala and ½ cup water and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer into a serving dish and serve hot.
