By Sanjeev Kapoor 11 Aug 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cream, Onions Cuisine Punjabi Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 2 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Malai tadka 1 cup Cream 2 medium Onions cut into 1 inch cubes 1 teaspoon Oil to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder a pinch Dried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi) 2 medium Tomatoes cut into 1 inch cubes Method Heat oil in a non stick pan add onions and saute till light brown. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder , kasoori methi and saute for a minute. Add tomatoes and malai saute for a minute and remove from flame.
