Ingredients for Moru Kali Recipe

  • Yogurt (moru) thick and sour 1 1/2 cups

  • Rice flour 1 cup

  • Coconut scraped 3 tablespoons

  • Green chillies finely chopped 2

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil 1 teaspoon

  • Asafoetida 1/4 teaspoon

  • Whole dry red chilli broken 1

  • Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon

  • Split Bengal gram (chana dal) 1 teaspoon

  • Curry leaves 10-12

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon


Step 1

Mix yogurt and rice flour in a bowl. Add coconut, green chillies and salt and mix. Add a little water to get a dropping consistency.
