By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 May 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Boneless mutton, Onion paste Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Mutton Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Mutton do Pyaaza - SK Khazana 450 grams Boneless mutton cut into 1 inch pieces and boiled 1/2 cup Onion paste 1 Large onion cut into cubes and layers separated 2 tablespoons Ghee 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 2 Green chillies slit 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1/4 cup Tomato puree 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/3 tablespoon Red chilli paste 1 cup Chicken stock 2 tablespoons Yogurt to taste Salt 1 Large green capsicum cut into squares 1 teaspoon Dried pomegranate seed powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon Lemon juice to garnish Onion rings to garnish Fresh coriander sprigs to garnish Lemon wedges Method Heat ghee in a steel handi. Add cumin seeds and once they begin to change colour, add green chillies and onion paste, mix well and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and sauté for 1 minute. Add tomato puree, mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli paste and 2-3 tablespoons chicken stock, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add yogurt, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add mutton pieces, salt and remaining chicken stock, mix well and simmer for 5 minutes. Add onion, capsicum and pomegranate seed powder, mix, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add garam masala powder and lemon juice and mix well.
