Ingredients list for Pan Eggs

  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 medium bunch Onions quartered
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder

Method

  1. Blend together onion, ginger, garlic and tomatoes to a fine paste. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  2. Add the paste, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and cook for a minute. Break the eggs, cover and cook on low heat for four minutes.
  3. Serve hot with roti or naan.
