Ingredients list for Pan Fried Rice

  • 2 cups Boiled Rice boiled
  • 1 medium Carrots chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 medium Carrot cut into thin strips
  • 1 medium Green capsicum deseeded & chopped
  • 1/2 medium Red capsicum deseeded & chopped
  • 1/2 medium Yellow capsicum deseeded & chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli sauce
  • 2 stalks Spring onion greens chopped
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add onion, carrot, green, red and yellow capsicums, tomato, soy sauce, chilli sauce and mix. Add boiled rice and mix. Add spring onion leaves and salt and toss to mix well. Serve immediately.
