Ingredients list for Papad Cones - SK Khazana

  • 4 Papads
  • 1 cup Green Bengal gram (hare chane) boiled
  • 2 tablespoons Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Raw mango chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tablespo to garnish Sev
  • 1 Green chilli chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powdewr
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • to garnish Fresh coriander sprigs

Method

  1. Cut papads in half and roast each on a non-stick tawa. Shape into a cone while still warm.
  2. Take boiled green gram in a bowl. Add chopped tomatoes, onions, raw mango, fresh coriander, sev, green chilli, chaat masala, salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and squeeze the juice of ½ lemon and mix well.
  3. Fill the prepared mixture in the papad cones. Garnish with sev and coriander sprig. Serve immediately.
