Ingredients list for Parmal ki Chutney

  • 200 grams Parmal
  • 2 Red chillies dry
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 4-5 Curry leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Grated fresh coconut

Method

  1. Parboil the parmal with a pinch of salt in it. Remove and mash it.
  2. Heat oil in a non stick pan add dry red chillies, mustard seeds, curry leaves & salt.
  3. As it crackles, add mashed parmal saute for two minutes.
  4. Add coconut and serve hot.
