Ingredients list for Tariwali Egg Curry
- 4 Hard boiled eggs and peeled
- 2 medium Onions finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 3 medium Tomatoes pureed
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onions and sauté till brown.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and ginger-garlic paste and sauté for ½ minute.
- Add tomato puree and salt and sauté till oil separates.
- Add sufficient water and eggs and cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
