By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Apr 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Leftover chapattis, Ghee Cuisine Indian,Gujarati Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Vaghareli Roti 5-6 Leftover chapattis 1 tablespoon Ghee 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 4-5 Curry leaves 2 Green chillies slit 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida 1 teaspoon Garlic chopped to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/4 cup Sour yogurt 1 teaspoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Lemon juice for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped to serve Yogurt Method Tear each roti into 4-5 pieces and put in a bowl. Heat ghee in a deep non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and green chillies, mix and sauté for a minute on medium heat. Add the roti pieces and mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Add garlic, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, sour curd and 2 cups water and mix well. Add sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
