Heat the oil in a non stick pan, add the mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion, bird’s eye chillies and ginger and sauté till fragrant. Add the prawns and sauté for two to three minutes. Add the tomato and stir to mix. Add the lemon grass, salt, turmeric powder and coconut milk. Cook till the prawns are just done. Serve hot.
