By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cabbage, Onions Cuisine Fusion Course Soups Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Cabbage Soup 1 medium Cabbage diced Onions 2 medium Onion diced 4 medium Tomato diced to taste Salt to taste Black pepper powder 1 medium Green capsicum diced 4 teaspoon Lemon juice Method Heat a deep non stick pan. Add onions and roast for a minute. Add cabbage and salt and stir. Add four cups of water, cover and cook for two to three minutes. Add tomatoes and pepper powder and stir. Continue to cook for further two to three minutes. Add the capsicums, cover and cook for seven to eight minutes. Add lemon juice and mix. Take the pan off the heat. Serve piping hot.
