Cilantro And Soya Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts

Ingredients 

  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro 
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • 250 grams bean sprouts
  • 3 spring onions, diagonally sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and  cut diagonally
  • 3/4 inch ginger piece, sliced
  • 1 medium green capsicum, diced
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 100 grams bean curd, cubed
  • 2 stalks spring onion greens, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 5-6 black peppercorns, crushed

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add spring onion, carrots and ginger and sauté for a minute.
  2. Add capsicum, bean sprouts, soy sauce, sea salt and stir for two minutes.
  3. Add beancurd, spring onion greens, coriander and crushed peppercorns and toss.
  4. Serve hot.
