By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Garlic, Cauliflower Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Lasooni Gobhi Matar 3 tablespoons Garlic chopped 1 medium Cauliflower separated into small florets 1 cup Green peas boiled 1 teaspoon Oil 1 teaspoon Ginger thin strips 4 medium Onions sliced 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder (deghi mirch) 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon Coriander powder to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 5-8 cloves Garlic fried Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan; add ginger and garlic and sauté till garlic turns golden. Add onions and sauté for a while. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder, mix well and sauté for a while. Add cauliflower and green peas and toss to mix. Add salt and mix well. Add garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for four to five minutes. Serve hot garnished coriander leaves and fried garlic.
