This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Oct 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cottage Cheese, Pressed rice Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Paneer Poha 1 cup Cottage Cheese fresh crumbled 2 cups Pressed rice 1 tablespoon Oil 1 1/2 medium Onions 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 12-15 Curry leaves 2 Spring onions with greens 1 teaspoon Ginger grated 4 Green chillies to taste Salt 2 medium Tomatoes Method Place pressed rice in a colander and pour water over to moisten it. Leave to drain for 10-15 minutes. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Finely chop onion. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds to the pan and let them splutter. Add curry leaves and onions and sauté for a minute. Finely chop spring onions with greens and add and sauté till translucent. Add grated ginger. Roughly chop green chillies and add and mix well. Add crumbled cottage cheese and mix well. Add pressed rice and salt and mix well. Roughly chop tomatoes and add to the pan and mix well. Cook for a minute. Transfer onto a serving plate and serve hot.
