Ingredients for Shahi Bread And Kulfi Mix Dessert Recipe

  • Bread cut into triangles 8 slices

  • Milk 5 cups

  • Condensed milk 1 cup

  • Saffron (kesar)

  • Pistachios blanched and slivered 10

  • Almonds blanched and slivered 10

  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Ghee for frying

  • Silver warq 2 sheet

Method

Step 1

Bring milk to a boil and simmer till it reduces to half its original quantity. Mix in condensed milk, saffron, pistachios, almonds and green cardamom powder.
