Stir Fried Shrimps

Ingredients list for Stir Fried Shrimps

  • 1 cup Shrimps shelled
  • 2 tablespoons Red Bell Pepper
  • 4-6 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 medium Green capsicum cut into small pieces
  • 1 medium Yellow capsicum cut into small pieces
  • 1 medium Red capsicum cut into small pieces
  • 2 Red chillies chopped
  • 2 stalks Spring onion greens chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil (til oil)

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and sauté for a minute. Add onion and sauté till golden. Add green capsicum, yellow capsicum and red capsicum. Mix well and sauté on high heat for about two minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms and sauté till all the vegetables begin to sweat. Add red chillies, spring onion greens, shrimps and salt and mix well. Add soy sauce, crushed peppercorns, lemon juice and sesame oil, mix well and cook till done. Serve hot.
