Ingredients list for Tamatar Me Paneer Bhurjee
- 200 grams Tomato
- 1 tablespoons Cottage Cheese
- 2 Green chillies
- 1 medium Green capsicum
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Ginger,grated
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- to taste Salt
- 8 medium Tomatoes
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Crumble paneer. Finely chop green chillies, capsicum and coriander leaves. Add cumin seeds and ginger to the pan and sauté. Add green chillies and capsicum and sauté.
- Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder and coriander leaves and mix. Add cottage cheese and salt and mix everything well. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.
- To make tomato cups, cut off a thin slice from the top of each tomato and remove the pulp. Cut off a thin slice from the bottom of the tomatoes so that they can stand upright.
- Stuff them with the paneer bhurjee and arrange them in a glass bowl. Grill in a microwave for 4 minutes.
- Serve hot.
