Vegetable Fried Rice A simple mixed vegetable fried rice that tastes great with any oriental gravy. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Sep 2015 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Cooked rice, Onions Cuisine Chinese Course Rice Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Vegetable Fried Rice 3 cups Cooked rice 2 medium Onions finely chopped 12-15 French beans chopped 1 medium Carrot finely chopped 1 medium Green capsicums finely chopped 1/4 medium Cabbage chopped 2 stalks Spring onion greens sliced 4 tablespoons Oil 3-4 Garlic cloves finely chopped to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon White pepper powder 1 teaspoon Light soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon White vinegar Method Heat oil in a non stick wok, add garlic and stir-fry for one minute. Add onions, French beans, carrot, green capsicum, cabbage and half the spring onion greens. Stir-fry for two minutes. Add salt, white pepper powder and soy sauce and mix thoroughly. Add boiled rice and adjust the seasonings. Stir in the vinegar and cook for one minute, stirring continuously.
