This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless Chicken, Noodles Cuisine Indian Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Tikka Noodles 2 Boneless Chicken 400 grams Noodles boiled 2 tablespoons Oil 1 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 2 tablespoons Vinegar 1 medium Onion 1 small Carrot grated 1/4 small Cabbage shredded 1/2 medium Green capsicum cut into thin long strips 130 grams Bhuna masala 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon White pepper powder 2-3 stalks Spring onion greens to taste Salt to garnish Lemon wedge to garnish Fresh mint sprigs Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Cut chicken breasts into 2 inch long and thin pieces, add to the pan and sauté for a minute. Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder and 1 tbsp vinegar. Cut the onion into thin long strips and add to the pan. Add carrot, cabbage, green capsicum, bhuna masala and mix. Add noodles, dark soy sauce, remaining vinegar, white pepper powder and mix well. Roughly chop spring onion greens and add to the noodles. Add salt and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with a lemon wedge and a mint sprig and serve hot.
