By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Dec 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Keema Pav Main Ingredients Minced mutton (keema), White bread Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients 500 grams minced mutton (keema) 4 white bread slices (pav) 4 tablespoons oil 1 bay leaf 1 inch cinnamon stick 2-3 black peppercorns 2 cloves 2 large onions, finely chopped 1 large tomato, finely chopped 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste ¼ teaspoon garam masala powder 1 tablespoon mix masala Salt to taste Mint leaves for garnishing Onion slices for serving ½ lemon for serving Method Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add bay leaves, cinnamon, black peppercorns and cloves. Add onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, mix masala and salt, sauté till tomatoes turn soft and pulpy. Add minced mutton, ¼ cup water and mix well. Add little water and mix again. Cover and cook till pressure is released 4-5 times. Remove from heat and cool at room temperature. Transfer the keema mixture to a serving bowl.
