Ingredients list for Chicken Tikka Noodles
- 2 Boneless Chicken
- 400 grams Noodles boiled
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 small Carrot grated
- 1/4 small Cabbage shredded
- 1/2 medium Green capsicum cut into thin long strips
- 130 grams Bhuna masala
- 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon White pepper powder
- 2-3 stalks Spring onion greens
- to taste Salt
- to garnish Lemon wedge
- to garnish Fresh mint sprigs
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Cut chicken breasts into 2 inch long and thin pieces, add to the pan and sauté for a minute.
- Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder and 1 tbsp vinegar.
- Cut the onion into thin long strips and add to the pan. Add carrot, cabbage, green capsicum, bhuna masala and mix.
- Add noodles, dark soy sauce, remaining vinegar, white pepper powder and mix well.
- Roughly chop spring onion greens and add to the noodles. Add salt and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with a lemon wedge and a mint sprig and serve hot.
