By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Peanut Butter, Flat Noodles Cuisine Fusion Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Peanut Butter Noodles 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter 2 cups Flat Noodles boiled 7-8 Spring onions with greens 1 inch piece Ginger chopped 6-7 cloves Garlic chopped 2 Fresh red chillies chopped 1 tablespoon Oil 1/4 cup Dark soy sauce 1/2 Green capsicum cut into strips 2 tablespoons Brown sugar 1 tablespoon Vinegar 1/2 cup Bean sprouts 1/4 cup Roasted peanuts Method Slice spring onion bulbs. Heat oil a non-stick wok, add spring onions and sauté for half a minute. Add ginger, garlic and red chillies and sauté for half a minute. Add dark soy sauce and quarter cup water and stir. Add peanut butter and another quarter cup water and stir to blend well. Add brown sugar and vinegar and mix. Add flat noodles and capsicum and mix. Chop spring onion greens and add along with bean sprouts. Toss and mix well. Add roasted peanuts and mix. Serve hot.
